Zoonotic pathogens are diseases causing microorganisms that are transmitted between animals and humans . Zoonotic pathogens included bacterial zoonosis such as ( anthrax, samonellosis, tuberculosisi, , Lime disease, brucellosis and plague), viral zoonoses such as ( rabies, AIDS, Ebola) Fungal zoonoses (Dermatophytes) a nd parasitic zoonoses such as (toxoplasmoses, Cryptosporidiosis, Leishmaniasis and Echinococcosis). Accurate and early diagnosis is essential for controlling outbreaks, initiating treatment and preventing further transmission, several diagnostic methods are used to detect these pathogens , categorized into traditional, molecular, serological and advanced technique
