Cutaneous manifestations are skin changes that serve as visible signs of underlying systemic diseases, acting as an early warning system for conditions like diabetes, autoimmune diseases (lupus, rheumatoid arthritis), thyroid disorders, infections, and cancers. Skin changes such as rashes, nodules, ulcers, and pigment alterations (like acanthosis nigricans) can appear before or alongside other symptoms of the disease, guiding diagnosis and treatment
