This study aims to investigate the possible protective effect of Iraqi Hibiscus tiliaceus leaves extract against cyclophosphamide-induced testicular toxicity in rats. Cyclophosphamide, a widely used chemotherapeutic and immunosuppressive drug, is known to cause oxidative stress, inflammation, and apoptosis in testicular tissue, leading to impaired spermatogenesis and reduced testosterone levels. If proven effective, H. tiliaceus may provide a natural therapeutic approach to prevent or mitigate chemotherapy-induced reproductive complications in males.
