This study is designed to demonstrate the molecular mechanisms of toxicity (Oxidative Stress , inflammation, and apoptosis) induced in the kidney tissues of rats by Cisplatin (7mg/kg) via the assessment of selected parameters and investigate the effects of two doses of narirutin each administered prior to a single dose of Cisplatin (7mg/kg) on selected parameters of oxidative stress, levels of inflammatory, the anti-inflammatory marker; and apoptosis process This study is designed to demonstrate the molecular mechanisms of toxicity (Oxidative Stress , inflammation, and apoptosis) induced in the kidney tissues of rats by Cisplatin (7mg/kg) via the assessment of selected parameters
