نبذة مختصرة
abfraction, refers to a loss of tooth structure, particularly at the gumline, caused by biomechanical forces like teeth grinding (bruxism) or clenching. These forces can cause microscopic flexure and stress concentration, leading to wedge-shaped lesions that expose the dentin.
