Complications from endodontic (root canal) treatment include reinfection, fractured instruments, perforations (holes), missed anatomy, and tooth fracture. Other issues can involve temporary pain, allergic reactions, nerve damage, anesthesia problems, and issues from systemic conditions like hypertension.
