برعاية السيدة معاون العميد والدراسات العليا( أ.د رشا صادق امين) يقيم المعهد العالي للعلوم العدلية حلقة نقاشية بعنوان(Real-cases where Forensic Entomology was used.) يوم الاثنين من كل اسبوع تهدف الحلقة النقاشية الى Forensic entomology has introduced new methods that are recommended to determine the cause, manner, and time since death particularly for deteriorated, putrid bodies discovered at unexpected places. This scientific field provides new techniques that are applicable to molecular studies, such as DNA analysis based on entomological data. Numerous techniques are used to estimate the minimum postmortem interval, depending on the location and state of the corpse as well
