Clustering is the process of collecting similar objects into a group known as cluster. All the objects in a cluster are similar to each other. WEKA is a popular tool for machine learning which was written in java. The WEKA offers a collection of visualization tools and algorithms for data analysis and predictive modeling through a graphical user interface.
