نبذة مختصرة
MYCIN was one of the earliest expert systems in artificial intelligence, developed at Stanford University in the early. Written in Lisp by Edward Shortliffe, it used rule-based reasoning to diagnose bacterial infections such as sepsis and meningitis, and recommend appropriate antibiotics with dosage adjustments. MYCIN demonstrated how AI could emulate expert medical decision-making, influencing later systems in healthcare and beyond.
