"The workshop reveals the milestones to help the authors how to
publish an article from start to end. It consist of Two main parts:
• First part: Publication Requirements and Ethics
✓ Explain the Types of Publications.
✓ Aim of Publication.
✓ The Structure of a manuscript.
✓ The writing strategies: the requirements and tools.
✓ To Understand the meaning of publication ethics.
✓ Explain why to follow ethical way of publication.
• Second part: Process of publishing a journal Article
✓ Publishing steps.
✓ Give an overview about the IJICT (Iraqi Journal of Information and
Communication Technology) website and the process of publishing an article in
this journal."
